I started classes since the begining of 2017 and I'm still at it, I absolutely love the variety of classes offered. Every one of them no matter what intensity sure packs a punch! When I joined Form & Figure i have not looked back ever since, this is my go-to gym, and my second home.
Even since I joined Form & Figure, my routine has become more meaningful. I absolutely love the classes here, especially the variety of Yoga classes offered. So far my change of routine after becoming a member has really helped boost my overall mental and physical well being.
